This is a full-time, permanent position. Responsibilities Include: Master site planning and space organization, along with expertise in interior design. Design compelling exterior building facades and ensure functional layouts. Ensure compliance with New York Building Codes and ADA regulations throughout the design and construction phases. Create and manage project schedules to ensure timely delivery. Collaborate with clients, consultants, and relevant agencies throughout the project lifecycle. Coordinate efforts with the consultant team to ensure cohesive project execution. Qualifications: An architecture degree is required. Minimum 5‑7 years of commercial architecture and design experience is a must. Must be a registered architect. Proficiency in Revit, Microsoft Office, and Photoshop is required. Excellent computer skills. Strong design/creative abilities are essential.
