We’re looking for a motivated and creative Marketing Specialist to join our expanding team. In this role, you’ll support and execute marketing initiatives across digital, social, and local channels — helping grow our brand, increase engagement, and support new market expansion.

Responsibilities

Digital Advertising & Campaigns

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and other platforms.
• Analyze performance metrics and make adjustments to improve ROI.
• Collaborate with creative and analytics teams to test and refine ad strategies.

Local & Partner Marketing Support

• Support marketing efforts for retail and partner locations.
• Develop localized marketing materials, promotions, and toolkits.
• Maintain brand consistency across all channels.

Online Ordering & Delivery Platforms

• Manage relationships with third‑party delivery platforms (Uber Eats, DoorDash, etc.).
• Optimize listings, promotions, and creative content to increase visibility and sales.
• Track analytics and recommend improvements to drive orders and retention.

Social Media & Content Support

• Assist with content creation, posting, and scheduling across Ideal Nutrition’s social channels.
• Support influencer partnerships and brand collaborations.
• Monitor trends to keep content engaging, relevant, and on‑brand.

Marketing Operations & Events

• Coordinate marketing materials, signage, and promotional items for stores and events.
• Support event planning, sponsorships, and community marketing activities.
• Help streamline internal marketing communication and processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of marketing experience, preferably in consumer goods, retail, or hospitality.
• Hands‑on experience managing paid ads (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok).
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinker with a strategic, data‑driven mindset.
• Familiarity with Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, or similar tools preferred.
• Experience with MacOS Creativity and Productivity Apps (Keynote, iMovie, Pages) is a plus.

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
