We’re Hiring: Marketing Manager
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a compelling brand voice and messaging strategy across all platforms.
- Collaborate with Design, Sales, and Operations to create engaging brand narratives.
- Lead planning and execution of promotional campaigns (digital, print, email, events).
- Oversee creation of SEO-driven content: blogs, landing pages, video, graphics, and social media.
- Manage referral and promotional programs.
- Update and maintain all customer-facing platforms, including websites, social media, and CRM tools.
- Oversee the launch of new products and promotions.
- Design a user-friendly online experience that supports the customer journey.
- Use analytics and AI tools to monitor and optimize campaign performance.
- Oversee workflow and delegation of marketing projects to meet deadlines and objectives.
Qualifications
- 5 years in brand, promotions, or content marketing, with a track record of driving brand awareness and campaign success.
- At least 1 year managing direct reports or cross-functional project teams.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Google Workspace, HubSpot, Trello, and project management software.
- Strong leadership, storytelling, and analytical skills.
- Ability to balance big-picture strategy with detailed execution.
