Position: Event Photographer for the Decker Challenge by Austin Runners Club

Job Overview

The Decker Challenge is a large‑scale event where runners compete across a course, and we need a photographer to capture the action along the course and at the finish line.

Responsibilities

• Capture high‑quality photos of the event, focusing on action along the course and at the finish line.
• Arrive at the event site by 7:30 AM for your assigned shift (shifts may vary in length).
• Provide your own transportation and camera equipment; we will provide SD or CF memory cards.
• Submit photos and receive payment via direct payment after your shift.

Requirements

• Portfolio or link to prior photography work (required).
• Experience with event or sports photography preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation and functional camera with a compatible SD or CF card.
