Job Title: Workday Integrations Developer (Workday Studio)

Responsibilities
- Source and analyze data gathered from HR systems and other data sources, working with internal partners and management to drive the Bank's people system and database management.
- Define and prioritize data requirements, publish regular reports, and provide communication materials to management and employees.
- Inform management of critical trends and implement solutions to meet business objectives and enhance the employee experience.
- Evaluate system functionality, identify gaps, and make recommendations for enhanced solutions.
- Assess, develop, and configure the HRIS system and document efficient HR processes to ensure greater ROI on HR systems.
- Create and maintain standard and ad-hoc reports for HR and the organization.
- Monitor and ensure data integrity using audit tools and alerts.
- This role will be 70% Workday development with Workday Studio and 30% Workday administration.
- Support Human Resource Business Partners and leadership in researching, analyzing, maintaining and presenting data; apply business knowledge to analyze data sets and identify root causes of problems and performance exposures in the current HRIS.
- Serve as team lead, providing guidance to the HRIS team.
- Design and build Workday HCM integration development using tools like EIB, Workday Studio, Workday Extend, Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST).
- Serve as a subject matter expert in Workday Integrations and technical development.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of direct experience in Workday HRIS Administration, Information Technology, or a similar field.
- Highly proficient with Workday Studio and XLST.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
- Intermediate to advanced experience with Workday concepts, architecture, infrastructure, etc.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices, specifically with audit and SOX compliance.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, with especially advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, nested formulas, lookups); Tableau reporting experience preferred.
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and multitasking skills; ability to work independently; ownership mentality with strong organizational and planning skills.
- Intermediate speaking and writing communication skills.
- One or more Workday certifications preferred: HCM, Compensation, Payroll, Recruiting, Learning, Payroll, Benefits, or Security.
- Occasional travel required.
Compensation
Salary range for new hires is generally $115,915.00 - $143,185.00 for Chicago, IL. Salary amount is determined by specific job location. In addition, the role may be eligible for annual bonus/incentives earned and restricted stock.
