Job Description

We’re looking for a UX Designer to join our client’s team in this fully remote part‑time contract position. It is a 2‑3 month contract with potential to extend, starting ASAP. On average you would work around 24 hours and be available to connect with the team at least once a day during the PST time zone.

Responsibilities

• Design user flows, wireframes, UI layout, and basic navigation concepts to provide to front‑end developers for engineering & coding.
• Be involved at every stage of the product lifecycle, from discovery to design to execution, ensuring your approach works with technical solutions and is comfortable with incremental implementation.
• Fuse creativity, technology, and business acumen to develop designs that are usable, accessible, conform to UX best practices, and are on brand.
• Act as a catalyst for creative thinking and non‑traditional solutions to UX challenges.
• Collaborate with internal teams focused on providing digital enhancements to the customer journey.
• Partner with cross‑functional groups, including product teams, front‑end developers, back‑end developers, marketing content creators, etc.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of UX design experience and proficiency in Figma for the creation of wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity designs.
• Familiar with UX/UI best practices.
• Experience working with an external agency and digital product teams.
• Requires a true passion for digital customer experience and being a creative thought-leader; experience with transformation initiatives and agile environments.
