The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining responsive, user-friendly websites and web applications that align with business objectives and enhance the digital experience.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain modern, responsive websites and web applications.
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and backend code (depending on stack).
  • Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend developers to translate UI/UX designs into functional code.
  • Optimize website performance, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Integrate APIs and third-party services as needed.
  • Maintain code quality through testing, debugging, and version control (Git).
  • Stay up to date with emerging web technologies, frameworks, and design trends.
  • Ensure compliance with security standards and accessibility guidelines.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3-6 years of experience as a Web Developer or Full Stack Developer.
  • Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and one or more modern frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
  • Strong understanding of responsive design, RESTful APIs, and web performance optimization.
  • Experience with server-side technologies (Node.js, PHP, Python, or .NET).
  • Familiarity with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB).
  • Experience with version control systems (Git/GitHub/GitLab).
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Drupal, or headless CMS).
  • Knowledge of cloud deployment (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker).
  • Understanding of SEO best practices and web accessibility (WCAG).
