Requirements
- Licensing : Active Colorado Property & Casualty License (or ability to obtain prior to start date).
- Experience : 1‑2 years of sales or related experience in insurance or related field preferred.
- Communication : Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients and team members.
- Problem‑Solving : Proactive ability to work independently when addressing client needs.
- Collaboration : Team‑oriented with the ability to contribute to agency goals.
