This role will partner closely with internal stakeholders in a fast-paced, agency-like creative environment . The ideal candidate is highly proficient with Adobe Creative Suite , thrives under tight deadlines, and has a strong portfolio that demonstrates creative versatility and strategic design thinking. Responsibilities: Create engaging visual content across print, digital, and internal communication channels. Partner with internal teams to design omnichannel employee campaigns . Ensure brand consistency across all materials. Translate abstract ideas into compelling design solutions. Work independently in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple projects simultaneously. Required Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in graphic design, visual design, or marketing design . Expert-level proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, XD, After Effects a plus). Strong portfolio showcasing creative and strategic design work (portfolio review required for interview). Experience in an advertising agency-like environment preferred.
