Responsibilities We’re looking for a highly skilled and passionate Front-End/UI leader to join our team and help shape the next generation of enterprise healthcare applications. Qualifications & Experience Experience: 10+ years of professional front-end/UI development experience, with a focus on large-scale, enterprise-level applications . Proven track record of delivering robust, scalable, and high-performance interfaces . Technical Skills Deep expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks ( React, Angular ) and advanced JavaScript (ES6+) . Strong HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and state management (Redux, MobX, Context API) skills. Experience integrating with backend services ( REST APIs, GraphQL ) and cloud-based environments ( AWS, Azure, GCP ). Knowledge of performance optimization, accessibility standards (WCAG), server-side rendering (SSR), static site generation (SSG), and micro-frontend architectures . Hands-on experience with developer tooling ( Webpack, Babel, ESLint, Prettier ) and version control ( Git ). Expertise in unit and integration testing using frameworks like Jest, Cypress, or Playwright . Familiarity with DevOps practices for UI deployment and monitoring . Leadership & Collaboration Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams , mentor developers, and drive technical decision-making. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to complex technical challenges . Excellent communication skills, adept at working with geographically distributed teams . Experience delivering in fast-paced, iterative development cycles . Bonus/Preferred Experience in healthcare applications or regulated environments. Contributions to open-source projects or active participation in developer communities. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
