Creative Director, Lifestyle Hilton is seeking a dynamic Creative Director to bring bold storytelling and unforgettable experiences to our emerging Lifestyle portfolio. Reporting to the VP of Lifestyle Marketing, you will inspire internal and cross‑functional teams to produce premium work that elevates Hilton’s position in the hospitality space.

Responsibilities

Define and evolve the creative vision for Hilton Lifestyle brands, ensuring all outputs – from global campaigns to property toolkits – align with business goals and brand DNA.

Translate brand strategies into compelling narratives and visual identities that drive engagement, loyalty, and differentiation.

Lead and mentor an internal creative team, fostering a culture of inspiration, accountability, and excellence.

Support external creative, production, and design agencies, ensuring world‑class execution, on time and on budget.

Build scalable creative systems, templates, and processes to support growth across brands.

Guide and inspire the conception, production, and delivery of 360 campaigns across digital, social, physical and experiential channels.

Balance creative innovation with operational realities – understanding timelines, budgets, and stakeholder needs.

Collaboration

Partner with cross‑functional teams in Marketing, Communications, Design Operations, and F&B to ensure cohesive storytelling and execution.

Collaborate with Hilton’s regional and enterprise Marketing teams to leverage shared assets, insights, and best practices.

Projects You Will Own

Establish creative standards, toolkits, and production workflows that improve efficiency and impact.

Drive alignment between creative expression, commercial objectives, and measurable KPIs.

Elevate presentation and storytelling standards – pitching creative ideas effectively to senior leaders.

Qualifications

Ten (10) years of progressive creative leadership experience, ideally within hospitality, travel, lifestyle, or luxury consumer brands.

Five (5) years leading creative teams in a highly matrixed organization with multiple workstreams.

Adept at balancing vision with execution, who understands budgets, timelines, and delivery.

Understanding of design, branding, photography, and storytelling principles.

Hands‑on, collaborative, and passionate about mentoring teams and cultivating creative excellence.

Portfolio showing a range of design, experience, concepts, and global campaigns.

Travel (estimated 30 %)

NY‑based position (4 days in office on average)

It Would Be Useful If You Have

Knowledgeable of current industry trends and standard methodologies, particularly in the digital and social space – sharing ideas and recommendations for innovating new templates and design approaches.

Creative leadership experience within hospitality, travel, lifestyle, or luxury consumer brands.
