Ideally this role will be in Milwaukee or Chicago, IL. Remote candidates residing in the Midwest will be considered.
What You’ll Do

Serve as the day‑to‑day PR leader internally and with client contacts, ensuring quality, consistency, and results.
Manage junior PR team members, motivating and guiding them to execute high‑quality, on‑strategy work.
Oversee PR campaign budgets, fiscal responsibilities, and ensure programs meet or exceed objectives.
Analyze and report on program results, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Support new business efforts and contribute to growing the PR discipline across the agency.
Here’s Why We Want You
You have 7+ years of PR experience in an agency or corporate setting, with a bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
You have demonstrated success in leading client relationships and providing strategic counsel.
You have expertise in PR best practices, with experience mentoring and guiding junior team members.
You excel at integrating PR with content strategy and other disciplines to deliver cohesive campaigns.
You are highly organized, thrive in fast‑paced environments, and can balance multiple client and internal priorities.
You have experience managing budgets, setting KPIs, and using PR analytics to demonstrate results.
You have gumption, are collaborative by nature, and are comfortable tackling challenging situations with professionalism.
Bonus points if you have experience in B2B industries such as manufacturing, supply chain, or technology.
Salary Range : $70,000–$95,000 annually.
Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance (with HSA/FSA options), disability and life/AD&D insurance, accident, critical illness, and hospital indemnity coverage, pet insurance, identity theft protection, unlimited virtual telemedicine and mental health counseling, 401(k) with company match, flexible PTO, paid holidays, paid parental leave, and more.
