Serve as an experienced, day‑to‑day liaison for assigned clients, proactively addressing their needs, initiatives and opportunities for growth. Proactively pursue and cultivate strong relationships with media contacts, including senior editors, producers and influencers, on behalf of assigned clients and the agency. Produce polished and publication‑ready written materials, including press releases, pitches and thought leadership content. Organise and oversee desksides, interviews, press/influencer trips and media activations; attend as required to ensure success. Provide a confident and informed presence during client calls, offering strategic direction and actionable recommendations. Pitch story ideas to traditional and online media, follow up on editorial opportunities and consistently research emerging media trends and platforms. Initiate and lead brainstorming sessions, fostering team creativity to deliver innovative solutions for clients. Develop and execute strategic partnerships and promotions that align with client goals. Oversee reporting, ensure accurate goal management and track KPIs to demonstrate the impact of campaigns. Provide meaningful and knowledgeable counsel to junior team members, actively mentoring their development and career growth. Support new business initiatives by contributing to RFPs, proposals and agency‑wide strategic planning. Monitor industry developments, competitor activities and cultural trends to ensure clients remain ahead of the curve. Talent/Experience

Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) from a four‑year accredited university. Minimum of 5‑6 years of public relations agency or relevant work experience, with proven success in client management and media relations. Established relationships with key media contacts across print, digital and broadcast platforms, particularly senior editors and producers. Demonstrated expertise in media pitching and placement, with the ability to craft compelling narratives that resonate with diverse audiences. Proven track record of exceptional time management, organisational skills and the ability to prioritise and multitask in a fast‑paced environment. Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster client trust, build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and resolve challenges effectively. Strong problem‑solving abilities, critical thinking and strategic vision to drive client success. A passion for travel, culture and storytelling, coupled with an inquisitive mind and excellent communication skills. Enjoys mentoring and collaborating with team members, fostering a positive and productive team environment. Proficiency in leveraging digital tools, analytics platforms and PR software to amplify efforts and measure campaign effectiveness. Preferred Qualifications

Experience leading cross‑functional teams to deliver integrated campaigns that blend PR, social media and digital marketing strategies. Familiarity with crisis communications, reputation management and navigating complex client challenges. A forward‑thinking mindset with the ability to identify and pitch new opportunities for clients and the agency.
