Position: Consultant – Experience & Design Center Location:

Miami, FL Employment:

Full‑time

Your Responsibilities

Provide exceptional service to all showroom visitors: consumers, designers, builders, retail sales associates, and BSH employees.

Participate in consumer outreach activities to build relationships and report turnover.

Deliver brand overviews, showroom tours, and demonstrate product knowledge, use & care expertise.

Assist in trouble‑shooting and provide guidance in installation instruction as needed.

Support the EDC Manager in sales management, program management, and operations management for the EDC.

Maintain scheduling for all showroom appointments and accurate reporting on visits using Salesforce and Outlook.

Partner with local retail dealers, refer leads, and help close sales.

Track consumer and trade specifier leads, and report turnover using CRM tools.

Ensure sales KPIs are met as laid out in the business plan.

Coordinate and support programs and events (e.g., builders, dealers, designers, trade organizations), including travel, accommodation, and event logistics.

Maintain showroom inventory, cleanliness, and display vignettes; inspect appliances and manage service schedules.

Participate in ongoing product knowledge and training, and advise the showroom team on product features and functionality.

Respond flexibly and urgently to shifting priorities and assist the Manager with reporting and other duties as assigned.

Your Profile

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field – required.

3–5 years of experience in a showroom setting or luxury retail environment – required.

3–5 years of sales environment experience – required.

3–5 years of influencer experience (background in kitchen design, architecture, etc.) – required.

Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.

Self‑motivation, ability to motivate others, and strong team player.

Ability to multi‑task, manage time effectively, and maintain close attention to detail.

Comfortable in front of large groups and executives.

Kitchen appliance knowledge preferred; basic cooking skills a plus.

Technical savvy – capability to learn and communicate the technological aspects of appliances.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM (Salesforce).

Occasional travel required locally and nationally (10% travel).

Must demonstrate good judgement and discretion with confidential information.

Pay & Benefits Pay range for this position is based on the location noted in the posting title. Exact compensation may vary based on your specific skillset and work location. If the position is bonus or incentive eligible, payments range from 0% to 200% of target.
