The Social Media Coordinator will support the growth and day‑to‑day management of our organic social media presence across multiple brands and platforms in the North American sports betting and online casino affiliation space. Reporting directly to the Social Media Manager, they will play a hands‑on role in publishing content, engaging with communities, tracking performance, and helping bring to life creative campaigns around major sporting events and casino moments. The Social Media Coordinator will be part of a fast‑paced environment where sports, gaming, and content meet. Proactiveness and a good understanding of the market and the audience are crucial to ensure our social channels are active, relevant, and serve the business needs. Your Challenge

Social Media Operations

Assist the Social Media Manager in implementing social media plans and content calendars across multiple brands and platforms. Publish and schedule daily organic content, ensuring posts align with campaign objectives, tone, and compliance guidelines. Support content creation by sourcing materials (images, clips, quotes, trends) relevant to North American sports and casino gaming. Help test new formats, tools, and creative ideas to drive engagement and reach. Community Engagement

Monitor social channels daily to engage with followers, respond to comments, and nurture community relationships. Track conversations around trending sports events, casino news, and brand mentions to identify engagement opportunities. Contribute ideas for community‑driven initiatives and user‑generated content, possibly establishing bridges between on‑site and off‑site activities. Analytics & Optimization

Track and report on social media performance using analytics tools. Share insights and recommendations to optimize content strategy and increase engagement or traffic. Stay updated on social trends, platform updates, and emerging communities relevant to sports betting and online casino audiences. Collaboration

Work closely with the Social Media Manager, Content, SEO, and Paid Media teams to ensure alignment across campaigns. Support influencer collaborations and special campaigns by coordinating content and community interactions. Maintain strong communication with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of projects and adherence to business objectives. Compliance & Governance

Ensure all posts and interactions comply with gambling regulations and platform policies in the regions where we operate. Follow internal brand and compliance guidelines for all social media activity. To Do It, You Will Need

Native‑level English proficiency, with the ability to use North American sports and casino terminology and colloquial expressions appropriately. Exceptional communication skills: strong written and verbal abilities to craft engaging, on‑brand content and interact authentically with online audiences. Proactive and curious mindset, with a genuine passion for experimentation and trend‑spotting in digital culture. Creativity and adaptability: ability to generate fresh, eye‑catching content ideas, leveraging AI tools and emerging formats to produce innovative concepts. Analytical thinking: confidence in interpreting social media data and drawing insights to improve engagement and campaign performance. Multitasking and organization skills: ability to manage multiple brands, platforms, and projects efficiently in a fast‑paced environment. Technical proficiency: comfortable using social media management and scheduling platforms (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Later) and basic content creation tools. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 1‑2 years of hands‑on experience in social media marketing, preferably within the gaming, sports betting, or online casino space. Familiarity with key social media platforms: Instagram, X (Twitter), Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Reddit, Snapchat. Basic knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Meta Insights, X Analytics, Google Analytics, etc.) and understanding of key performance metrics. Ability to work flexibly around major North American sporting events and coordinate effectively with international teams across time zones. Experience with graphic design and short‑form editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop, CapCut, or equivalent). Foundational understanding of digital marketing concepts, content funnels, and emerging social media trends. Working Conditions

This position is 100% remote. Must be available during regular business hours in your evening and/or weekend work on occasion. Must possess a stable, high‑speed internet and working cellular telephone. Must be able to routinely perform indoor work with minimum noise levels. Must be able to perform job functions independently and work effectively either on their own or as part of a team. Must be able to plan and direct the work activities of self and others. Must be able to read and carry out various written instructions and follow oral instructions. Must be able to speak clearly and deliver information in a logical and understandable sequence, naturally or electronically and may include adaptive aids. Must be capable of dealing calmly and professionally with numerous different personalities from diverse cultures at various levels within and outside of the organization and demonstrate highest levels of customer service and discretion when dealing with the public. Must be able to perform responsibilities with composure under the stress of deadlines / requirements for extreme accuracy and quality and/or fast pace. Must be able to effectively handle multiple, simultaneous, and changing priorities. Must be capable of exercising highest level of discretion on both internal and external confidential matters. Physical Requirements

Perform primarily sedentary work with limited physical exertion. Must be able to routinely perform work on computer for an average of 8 hours per day. At times, occasional evening and weekend work may be required. Must be capable of travel by automobile (as driver and passenger), commercial airlines, rental vehicles and public transportation and be able to lodge in public facilities, as may be occasionally asked to travel to sites or events.
