Hybrid Telecom Engineer – Los Angeles, CA
Base Pay Range $105,000.00 / yr – $120,000.00 / yr
Responsibilities
Design and implement complex voice applications, integrating with data systems.
Participate in development and analysis of RFPs and vendor management.
Implement WANs for voice networking, including Contact Centers, IVR, and CTI applications.
Design, script, and implement systems and applications enterprise-wide.
Conduct post-installation review of data and customer perception to ensure objectives continue to be achieved.
Serve as senior resource on all voice projects where voice and data applications are integrated.
Accountable for documentation of networked components and associated peripheral equipment.
Manage telecommunications capital and operating budget for upgrades within scope.
Perform assessment, follow-up, and resolution of user issues in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Analyze and budget impact of proposed construction projects on system infrastructure.
Document, track, and clearly communicate the status of all issues on all projects.
Complete mid-point and final reviews with primary customer contacts, ensuring user sign-off and timely completion of items.
Qualifications
5+ years experience in delivery of telecommunications services.
HS diploma or GED equivalent.
Experience with Cisco environments.
Preferred to have Cisco certification.
Preferred Bachelor’s Degree.
Experience with Genesys.
Requirements Must have experience with VoIP, Call Manager, and UCCE.
