founding Offline Marketing Manager
to take what already works in one offline channel and build out the rest of the offline engine from 0→1.

Product used daily by 1,000+ professionals; expanding beyond core offering
High-calibre peers in marketing and design; experimentation encouraged
The Role
Own Direct Mail end-to-end, then expand into OOH, podcasts/audio, TV/radio, print, and sponsorships
$150K–$200K base + strong equity package
0→1 mandate: fast testing, bold creative, and rigorous attribution (matchback, QR/vanity, call tracking, geo-lift/MMM-lite)
Senior IC scope with clear runway to scale what works
Hybrid in
New York (preferred)

San Francisco
You’ll thrive here if you...
Have in-house experience owning
Direct Mail
plus one or more of
OOH, Audio, TV, or Print
Bring 6–10 years of experience in high-growth B2B or HealthTech SaaS (Series A–E)
Are a creative yet analytical builder who partners closely with design
Founding seat with real ownership and budget
Creative freedom for bold, measurable offline campaigns
Mission that genuinely improves clinician efficiency and patient care
Stand-out candidates with
hands‑on offline marketing ownership (Direct Mail + OOH/Audio/TV)
experience in a
fast‑scaling B2B SaaS or ideally HealthTech SaaS company
