Position Overview SafeSpaceGlobal.AI is seeking an experienced and visionary Marketing Director to lead and execute all marketing initiatives across our global operations. This role will oversee both internal and external marketing teams and will be responsible for driving brand awareness, lead generation, SEO strategy, and creative execution to support company growth and investor visibility.

This position reports directly to the President, Dustin Hillis, and will collaborate closely with executive leadership, sales, product, and investor relations teams to position SafeSpaceGlobal.AI as the leader in AI-driven safety technology worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute SafeSpaceGlobal.AI’s comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with company goals, product launches, and investor communications.

Lead and manage internal marketing team members and oversee relationships with external agencies, design firms, PR partners, and digital marketing vendors.

Maintain and evolve the SafeSpaceGlobal.AI brand across all platforms, ensuring consistency in messaging, tone, and visual identity.

Design and manage demand generation campaigns that drive qualified leads for sales through HubSpot and other CRM/automation platforms.

Oversee SEO strategy, website content, and analytics to increase online visibility and search ranking performance.

Supervise creative assets, social media, video production, and all content marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with SafeSpace’s mission and brand voice.

Manage internal learning and training content through MindTickle (or similar LMS) to ensure marketing alignment with sales enablement and product education.

Utilize HubSpot, Excel, and analytics tools to track campaign performance, report KPIs, and optimize ROI across all marketing channels.

Partner with the sales, operations, and investor relations teams to support strategic initiatives, major announcements, events, and conferences.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).

7+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role—preferably in technology, SaaS, AI, or public company environments.

Proficiency in HubSpot, MindTickle or other LMS platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, and Microsoft Teams.

Strong understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, and CMS platforms such as WordPress.

Balance of creative storytelling and data-driven decision-making.

Proven ability to manage diverse teams, vendors, and budgets while meeting aggressive growth goals.

Preferred background in technology, AI, or public company marketing with investor-facing communications experience.

Compensation

Base Salary Range: $100,000 – $120,000 per year (depending on experience and background)

Performance Bonus: Up to 20% annual bonus potential tied to KPIs

Equity/Stock Options: Eligible for inclusion in Safe Space Global’s executive stock incentive plan (SSGC)
