STAFF TECHNICAL MARKETING ENGINEER We are looking for a Staff Technical Marketing Engineer to join our Technical Marketing team located in EMEA, reporting to the Senior Manager of Technical Marketing. In this pivotal role, you will engage directly and through content creation with sales teams, prospects, and customers to educate, enable, and increase adoption of our networking, cloud, and security solutions.

Be a Contributor – What You’ll Do

Collaborate closely with the Sales team to support presales activities, including customer engagements, technical demos, and proof-of-concept/proof-of-value.

Deliver compelling presentations and lead discussions with customers at all levels, from engineers to C-level executives, to showcase the benefits of Infoblox solutions.

Understand customer needs and tailor technical solutions to meet their unique requirements.

Act as a trusted advisor to customers, building positive relationships and ensuring customer success.

Stay up to date with cloud networking and security trends and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge and contribute to product improvements.

Act as a conduit for customer feedback, providing valuable insights to Product Management teams to enhance our offerings.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including Product Management, Marketing, and technical teams, to contribute to go‑to‑market strategies and ensure seamless execution.

Conduct customer presentations and whiteboard sessions and evangelize cloud technologies to prospective customers.

Create reference architectures for different deployment options with Infoblox offerings and create compelling collateral, including blogs, whitepapers, design guides, and presentations.

Conduct competitive intelligence/analysis, including key initiatives, market presence, strategy, and SWOT analysis.

Be Prepared — What You Bring

Solid technical knowledge on Cloud technologies and virtualized environments with proven technical experience in pre‑sales activities.

4+ years of experience with modern Cloud platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, and a good understanding of available cloud services including compute, networking, and security solutions.

Proven experience as a Cloud architect or in a similar customer‑facing role like a pre‑sales solution architect role, with a focus on enterprise customers.

Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate sophisticated technical concepts to non‑technical audience.

Experience with APIs and scripting/automation, using tools such as Ansible, Terraform, PowerShell, and Python.

Have received extensive training on Infoblox products.

Be proficient with Infoblox products and integrations and be able to explain and demonstrate features and use cases.

Test new features prior to release and provide feedback to improve our products.

Create blog posts, solution guides, and videos.

One Year

Drive the creation of high‑quality technical content for internal and external customers, including reference architectures, solution guides, blogs, and whitepapers.

Be the subject matter expert for an Infoblox solution, using your knowledge to educate internal and external customers on the value of Infoblox and to influence future direction of products.

Collaborate with peers and teams across the organization for go‑to‑market and other programs.

Be a key contributor to the success of Infoblox.
