Link Logistics Real Estate is seeking a
Vice President, Technical Product Manager
to connect technology with the digital team’s needs related to digital marketing and analytics tools. This role focuses on supporting digital marketing platforms, analytics and tracking tools while collaborating with multiple teams to centralize data for reporting. The position will empower the digital team to aggregate, analyze, and leverage data to generate actionable insights. Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing technology strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives and growth plans. Lead cross‑functional teams to drive the implementation of innovative technology solutions to support digital marketing and ensure seamless integration with existing systems. Serve as a thought leader in digital marketing technology, staying abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to keep Link Logistics at the forefront of the market. Lead the product management and development of custom external‑facing digital products including real‑estate availability websites. Serve as the technical application manager to support digital applications including LinkLogistics.com, LinkParks.com, GA4, GTM, BigQuery, Call Rail, ZoomInfo, Lead Forensics, Stack Adapt and Sprout Social. Engage with business partners, vendors, and other stakeholders to implement a demand management process to analyze, prioritize, and deliver on projects, enhancement requests and issues. Maintain technical fluency with web technologies, including architecture, APIs, A/B testing tools, content management systems, and performance optimization. Apply agile methodologies, version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and write technical requirements for deployment, scalability and security. Apply expert‑level technical knowledge of SEO, GEO, SEM, and implement business recommendations and requirements within Link’s property listing products and public websites. Optimize website tagging strategies, including GA4 tags, pixels, and attribution modeling. Administer digital tools (GA4, BigQuery, Lead Forensics, Sprout Social) with user and financial management and governance best practices. Manage support processes, troubleshoot issues, write knowledge articles, track key metrics, and resolve technical issues. Write test scripts, participate in QA and UAT to ensure changes are tested and do not negatively impact downstream applications, reports and dashboards. Document system and business processes, architecture diagrams, user journeys, data tables, product briefings, root cause analysis, and system changes. Utilize enterprise tools (Jira, Confluence, Lucid Chart, ServiceNow) for task tracking, documentation, incident and release management. Collaborate with analytics engineering to ingest digital data, advise on data sources, and improve attribution models. Evaluate and recommend technologies that enhance data gathering, transformation, aggregation, analysis and visualization. Critically examine data to improve transformation logic and identify normalization issues. Enable insights into customer journey, engagement patterns and conversion metrics to inform digital marketing strategies. Build strong relationships with business and technology teams to advise and deliver technology solutions aligned with business objectives. Translate business goals into scalable technical solutions and support strategic planning, campaign execution, and ongoing optimization of digital marketing processes. Provide insights and recommendations on how technology can support business goals and remain a trusted advisor. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree. Experience in a marketing or digital analytics environment. Experience with website implementations. Experience managing high‑volume websites and microsites. Experience with cloud data platforms including Snowflake, BigQuery and Salesforce Data Cloud. Familiarity with CMS and Salesforce Marketing Cloud integrations to support end‑to‑end lead journey, personalization and segmented content and communications. Familiarity with WordPress and Optimizely. Familiarity with APIs for extracting data from third‑party platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, BigQuery, Meta Ads Manager, StackAdapt). Working knowledge of digital marketing data from ad platforms, websites, email tools, etc. Familiarity with data architecture, modeling, and governance best practices. Exceptional communication and collaboration skills. Ability to partner with non‑technical stakeholders and explain technical concepts clearly. Strong problem‑solving and critical‑thinking abilities. Experience with Atlassian tools for product management and documentation a plus. Experience with project management tools like Wrike or similar a plus. Minimum Requirements
10‑15+ years of experience in a technical digital marketing and digital analytics environment. Experience supporting websites. Strong understanding of digital marketing data. Proficiency in SQL, JavaScript, HTML and CSS. Familiarity with DAX and DBT a plus. Familiarity with marketing platforms and tools such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4), BigQuery and Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Familiarity with databases such as Snowflake and Salesforce Data Cloud. Familiarity with reporting tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, and Looker Studio. Compensation
$235,000 – $250,000 represents the presently anticipated base compensation pay range for this position at Link. Actual pay may vary based on location and experience. Benefits
