The Visual and Performing Arts Division is currently accepting applications for the following part‑time Music Instructor:

Youth Orchestra Director . Assignment is for Spring 2026.

Qualifications:

Master’s degree in music, or Bachelor’s in music and Master’s in humanities, or equivalent, together with verifiable experience at an accredited academic institution teaching one of the following: class piano, music fundamentals, music appreciation, or courses with similar content. Candidates whose only experience is as a teaching assistant will not be considered.

Adjunct applications

are accepted on a continuous basis for immediate and future hiring needs. Applicants will be contacted if selected for further consideration. Adjunct pools remain open throughout the academic year to support ongoing recruitment for departmental assignments and can close at any time.
