About the Team You will be a member of the centralized Paid Digital Advertising team, where you will be part of the Paid Affiliates & Content Marketing team responsible for the in‑house management of our Affiliate, Influencer, and Content Partnership programs across all nine Williams‑Sonoma Inc. Brands and International sites.
About the Role The Analyst, Affiliate & Content role is responsible for executing and optimizing the Affiliate, Influencer, Registry, and Content Partnership programs across Williams‑Sonoma, Inc. with a focus on driving growth, reaching new customers, maximizing ROI, and improving brand recognition and perception.
Responsibilities
Work closely with the Affiliate Manager and Sr. Analyst on the management of the affiliate program and media content partnerships.
Issue IO's via in‑house affiliate platform, with negotiated rates, cookie windows and budget caps. Communicate WSI expectations and program changes with publisher base. Ensure monthly budgets are not exceeded and revenue goal is achieved. Collaborate with the eMarketing team on budgets and pacing.
Monitor affiliate placements ensuring WSI guidelines are followed, and brands are represented to WSI expectations.
Conduct ongoing reporting and analysis of affiliate performance, including identifying key business drivers and opportunities for improvement.
Foster affiliate relationships, meeting regularly to ensure campaigns are performing within target ROI goals, and that WSI is featured in brand‑enhancing ways.
Work with internal cross‑functional teams to identify promotions, refresh creative, and ensure Brand messaging is updated across affiliate partner sites.
Execute creative and promotional link trafficking through in‑house affiliate platform.
Facilitate creative trafficking across content programs coordinating with brand creative, social and PR teams – liaise with brand and creative teams to ensure programs are updated seasonally and on time.
Work with Manager to determine KPI goals by campaign, coordinate with internal attribution teams for cross‑channel de‑duped results, communicate expectations with affiliates.
Manage monthly invoices and accrual processes across affiliates and direct media/content programs for all Brands.
Coordinate with Sr. Analyst to on‑board content collaborators to in‑house platform, ensuring IO's are properly sent and accepted and that affiliate links are correctly created.
Create presentations on performance, strategy and industry updates to share with various levels of WSI organization.
Analyze competition and follow Affiliate Industry trends.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
Internship or entry‑level (1 year) experience in online marketing (preferred).
Strong analytical ability for accurate forecasting and KPI assessment.
Strong project management skills and ability to quickly react to changing priorities and deadlines.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Well‑organized, pay high attention to detail, and can drive results quickly.
Strong MS Excel skills and analytical ability.
Requires being onsite in the San Francisco, California office Monday through Thursday.

The expected starting pay range for this position is $70,000 - $75,000. Applicable pay ranges may differ across markets.
