Position Summary The
Marketing Program Coordinator
is responsible for managing the execution of key marketing initiatives and ensuring seamless project flow across the department. This role serves as the operational backbone of the marketing team, overseeing timelines, tools, vendors, and deliverables that support both corporate and property-level marketing efforts. The ideal candidate is a highly organized project manager with a strong understanding of multifamily marketing operations and a passion for process improvement.
Key Responsibilities Project Management & Workflow
Lead project planning, execution, and tracking for marketing initiatives using Asana and other tools.
Manage timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional coordination to ensure on-time and on-brand execution.
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal project flow and task management.
Marketing Operations
Oversee contracts, signage production, and branded gift procurement in partnership with vendors.
Manage the Brand Store (Benson) inventory, orders, and fulfillment processes.
Support transitions and acquisitions with coordinated marketing rollouts and asset delivery.
Other administrative tasks as needed.
Campaign & Program Support
Coordinate resident marketing and ancillary campaign rollouts across the portfolio.
Ensure alignment between corporate strategy and property-level execution.
Track campaign performance and support reporting efforts.
Vendor & Platform Management
Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers.
Ensure timely delivery of services and materials while maintaining quality standards.
Support issue resolution across platforms such as Entrata, Jostle, Engage, SharePoint, Benson, SOCi, and others as needed.
Process Optimization
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency and communication.
Maintain documentation and SOPs for recurring marketing workflows.
Serve as a resource for troubleshooting and resolving operational issues.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in marketing project management or operations.
Experience in multifamily or property management marketing strongly preferred.
Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana) and collaboration platforms.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Experience working with vendors and managing procurement processes.
Physical Requirements
Some travel required to the properties at least once a month plus key company conferences and industry events.
Sitting at a desk behind a computer.
