Architectural Designer
Job Description Senior design professional to manage cross-functional teams, oversee projects from concept to delivery, ensuring alignment with goals, timelines, and quality standards.
Responsibilities
Lead coordination of internal and external teams and facilitate project meetings.
Review and manage design and documentation processes.
Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and stakeholders.
Develop technical documentation and project materials.
Navigate regulatory requirements, including code compliance and permitting.
Conduct research and specify materials and products.
Create workplans and manage team assignments.
Draft project proposals and manage authorization processes.
Essential Skills
Proficiency in Revit and BlueBeam.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Experience in project management.
Commercial experience, preferably in housing.
Ability to navigate construction documents and design development.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Registered with a minimum of 5+ years of experience in the design industry, preferably in multifamily, commercial, or institutional building types.
Additional accreditations such as WELL or Passive House are highly valued.
Experience with design software such as SketchUp, AutoCAD, Enscape, and Adobe Creative Suite is preferred.
Passion for design and engagement in extracurricular or industry-related activities is encouraged.
Work Environment Studio of 12 employees with a hybrid schedule. The work environment is collaborative, with a focus on innovation, sustainability, and design excellence.
