The Role

As

Social Media Manager , you’ll own Passive’s digital voice across LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.

You’ll create thumb‑stopping content, manage the content calendar, and collaborate with our founders and creative partners to turn Passive into

the most relatable, trusted, and human

brand in career tech.

This is not your typical B2B content role — it’s a mix of creative storytelling, data‑driven growth, and cultural instinct. You’ll help millions of professionals see that there’s finally a better way to find work.

What You’ll Do

Develop and execute Passive’s

social media strategy

across all major platforms (LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube).

Create and manage a

content calendar

aligned with product launches, campaigns, and cultural moments.

Write

engaging copy

and collaborate with designers and video editors to bring stories to life.

Grow our

audience and engagement

through data‑driven insights, A/B testing, and community interaction.

Work with the founders to craft authentic thought‑leadership content.

Track analytics and optimize for growth, retention, and brand love.

Help evolve Passive’s tone of voice — calm, human, career‑driven — across every channel.

What We’re Looking For

3+ years

managing social for a tech startup, consumer app, or media brand.

Proven ability to grow and engage audiences (bonus if you’ve built a following yourself).Strong storytelling skills and creative instincts; you understand what

resonates online .

Proficiency in content tools (Canva, Descript, Figma, or similar).

Experience with influencer marketing or community building is a plus.

A genuine curiosity for career topics, work culture, and the future of work.

Be the voice of a product helping millions find jobs they love — faster and without stress.

Work directly with the founding team and high‑profile advisors in HR Tech.

Hybrid or fully remote flexibility.
