Manager, Quality Projects and Communications

Reporting to:
Global Quality [Strategy and Operations] organization
This role will lead strategic communication initiatives within the Quality organization, supporting executive messaging, stakeholder engagement, and organizational alignment. The Manager partners closely with Quality leaders and cross‑functional teams to develop and deliver impactful communications for key events such as town halls, leadership updates, and critical project milestones.
Responsibilities:
Create change narratives and communications plans that synthesize and simplify critical information, focusing on informing, engaging and connecting all employees to a larger strategic focus.
Develop and implement communication strategies that support Quality leadership priorities and enterprise‑wide initiatives.
Lead planning and execution of internal events such as town halls, leadership forums, and milestone celebrations.
Create high‑impact content including executive messaging, presentations, newsletters, and intranet updates.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (e.g., Global Manufacturing, Technical Development, Supply Chain) to ensure consistent and aligned messaging.
Support change management and strategic project communications, including transformation initiatives and operational excellence programs.
Measure communication effectiveness and continuously optimize approaches to improve engagement and clarity.
Manage and develop relationships with diverse stakeholders to secure cross‑functional collaboration and engagement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of experience in project management and corporate communications, preferably within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences industry.
4+ years of relevant experience with a Master’s degree.
Proven ability to work with senior leaders and influence across a matrixed organization.
Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with attention to tone, clarity, and audience.
Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
Experience with internal communication platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Teams, intranet), visual storytelling, and presentation design.
Familiarity with GxP, regulatory environments, and quality systems/processes is a plus.
Salary Range:
$157,590.00 – $203,940.00. Position may also be eligible for discretionary annual bonus, long‑term incentive, paid time off, and a benefits package.
