Overview

We’re seeking a Senior Director of Brand & Communications to elevate Seismic’s market presence, narrative, and reputation, transforming how the world sees Seismic from an enablement solution to a strategic platform driving revenue outcomes.

This is a pivotal leadership role for a modern brand strategist and storyteller who blends creativity with commercial impact. You will define how Seismic shows up in the world and lead a world-class team including creative, communications, and strategic event experiences.

Who you are

  • 12+ years in brand, communications, or integrated marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology.
  • Proven track record of elevating a brand’s market position from product-focused to platform or category leadership.
  • Experience leading high-performing multi-disciplinary teams (brand, creative, comms, events) and external agencies.
  • Deep understanding of storytelling across global audiences with proven ability to tailor messaging and experiences for different regions, industries and levels of professional experience.
  • Strong executive presence, communication skills, and the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Comfortable connecting brand strategies to business objectives, and brand investment to business outcomes.
  • Creativity and passion for building a brand that commands attention, trust, and admiration.

What you’ll be doing

Brand Leadership

  • Shape and steward Seismic’s corporate narrative connecting enablement to the business outcomes that matter most to revenue and technology leaders.
  • In collaboration with leaders across marketing, serve as the accountable leader for the Seismic brand and brand strategy, ensuring clarity, consistency and impact of the brand across every channel, touchpoint and region and that initiatives drive measurable commercial outcomes.
  • Partner across marketing to execute integrated, insight-driven brand campaigns that increase awareness, affinity, and differentiation among target audiences.

Creative & Experience

  • Champion our brand standards and creative excellence globally, ensuring every expression of the Seismic brand reflects our values and advances our market position.
  • Oversee creative direction across design, video, and experiential storytelling.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to bring the brand to life across internal and external flagship events.
  • Inspire and guide agency and internal teams to create bold, high-impact work that reinforces Seismic’s position as a category leader.

Communications & Influence

  • Define Seismic’s global communications vision and oversee external communications & PR, ensuring the company’s reputation and narrative advance its strategic growth priorities.
  • Lead the next phase of Seismic’s social media, influencer and thought leadership strategy, expanding these programs into high-impact reputation and growth engines that amplify our narrative and voices across global markets.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders on executive, analyst, and investor communications to shape market perceptions.

Measurement & Impact

  • Establish a brand health and perception framework that ties awareness and affinity to commercial outcomes including deal velocity, win rates, and premium pricing.
  • Track and communicate brand impact through data-driven insights and narrative reporting for executive audiences.
  • Manage team budget and negotiate with agencies and vendors as appropriate.

We are committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.

Seismic’s annual base salary range for this position will vary based on applicant’s location, experience, job level, skills, and abilities as well as internal equity and alignment market data.

The range listed below is the minimum to the maximum of our target hiring range.

Seismic’s salary range for this position is: $187,000 USD - $265,000 USD

This position is also eligible to participate in Seismic’s incentive plans in addition to base salary.

The actual incentive amount will very and will be subject to the terms and conditions set in the applicable incentive plan.
