National Award-Winning Studio & Winner of Design Firm of the Year is actively seeking a Structural Senior BIM Designer/BIM Manager to join their Anaheim office. The Structural Division

The Structural Division specializes in comprehensive structural engineering planning and design services, including structural assessments and forensics investigations. Their engineers have extensive experience and knowledge of structural engineering services for education, commercial, religious, healthcare, sports & entertainment, hospitality, retail, and federal/government. Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop clear, precise structural drawings and detailed sheets for a variety of project needs.
  • Create structural plans and details, maintaining project scope and design intent.
  • Review and incorporate engineering redlines and mark-ups, ensuring all revisions are addressed before any document issuance.
  • Audit the work of other BIM and engineering team members for accuracy and compliance with design standards.
  • Actively collaborate with engineers, architects, consultants, owners, and stakeholders to resolve coordination challenges throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Complete all assignments in accordance with project scope, schedules, and BIM guidelines.

Education and Work Experience Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in professional drafting
  • Experience in structures for building
  • Proficient in REVIT Structural, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication skills
