Compensation
$100,000 - $150,000 (salary range) + benefits.
About The Role
Join the hottest team at Mochi Health as a Marketing Associate, where you’ll have a high impact from day one. You’ll work on email marketing, support PR efforts, build a fun social media presence to expand our reach, and run highly impactful product campaigns.
What You’ll Do
- Run email campaigns to activate, retain, and reduce churn.
- Work with the Head of Design on brand communications; social, PR, and new media.
- Help develop a brand voice that ensures consistency across all communications.
- All hands on deck: if you see something we should be doing to drive growth marketing, jump in and make it happen.
Who You Are
- 0-2 years of experience
- Bachelor’s in STEM preferred
- Experience with creator content and UGC is a plus
- Hungry to learn, execute, and launch your career trajectory
- A creative thinker who enjoys generating fresh ideas and experimenting with different marketing approaches
- Detail‑oriented, ensuring accuracy and quality in all tasks
- Data‑driven, comfortable with analytics, and using insights to guide decisions

Workplace Policy
Mochi Health is an in‑person company based in San Francisco, CA. The standard schedule is Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. All employees receive meal and rest breaks in accordance with applicable state and local laws.
