Join a leading marketing agency as part of their Social Media team, where you’ll manage multiple travel and hospitality brands across various platforms. This dynamic role is focused on driving engagement, brand awareness, and measurable performance results through strategic content and community management.

Social Media Manager Responsibilities : Collaborate with the Director of Social Media and client strategy team members to develop social media strategies and campaigns for hotel clients.

Brainstorm, strategize, and develop engaging brand voices across multiple social media platforms.

Support social media specialists with creating high-impact posts and videos using tools like Canva, CapCut, and Adobe Suite.

Design visually appealing brand profiles for Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

Manage content creation and copywriting for monthly social media calendars.

Monitor social channels and foster community engagement with followers.

Analyze performance metrics and refine strategies to optimize results.

Present monthly and quarterly reports to clients and key stakeholders.

Stay current with industry trends, testing new tools and emerging social technologies.

Manage content scheduling using Sprout Social and assist in streamlining social media processes.

Partner with the Director of Social Media to execute new offerings, product enhancements, and efficiencies.

Train and mentor Social Media Specialists as needed.

Social Media Manager Qualifications : 3–5 years of professional social media management experience.

Agency or travel industry experience (preferred).

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.

Strong storytelling and creative content writing skills.

Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Suite; photography / videography skills a plus.

Experience with Sprout Social (preferred).

Exceptional organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
