JOB SUMMARY
The Marketing Manager leads and executes marketing initiatives that promote our healthcare services and products, enhance brand visibility, and drive customer engagement. This experienced and strategic thinker works with the regional marketing director, developing effective strategies in support of clinics, hospitals and medical group that help to empower consumers to live well. This position reports to the Director of Marketing for the Central Texas Region.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns to promote healthcare services, programs, or products that are identified as priorities by the region.
Collaborate with clinical teams and service line leaders, to align marketing efforts with business goals.
Oversee content creation for digital and print materials, including website content, social media, email campaigns and brochures.
Manage and optimize digital marketing initiatives including SEO, SEM, paid social, and analytics tracking, as well as ensuring a continued and robust digital presence for providers and facility locations.
Support system projects, including Customer Journey Teams and medical group growth efforts.
Manage brand presence for select sponsorships that align with regional and system priorities.
Analyze market trends, patient demographics, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and media outlets as needed.
Support reputation management and online presence (e.g., review sites, physician ratings, etc.).

Working knowledge of AI tools, particularly Copilot

Ability to intake data and develop comprehensive strategies
