Since its launch in 2020, LEAU has grown to become a global namesake women's fashion brand known for our form‑fitting silhouettes & signature corsets creating ultimate seasonless styles. Our designs have graced the wardrobes of distinguished fashion icons and celebrities alike, earning accolades in prestigious publications such as Vogue, Nylon, Glamour, and other esteemed magazines.

We’re looking for a hands‑on Content Manager to elevate the brand through intentional, refined visual storytelling. You’ll work closely with the Founder to translate campaign themes and product stories into compelling content across all brand touchpoints including social, email, and web. This role is execution‑focused and responsible for producing the ongoing content that fuels the brand.

Responsibilities

Shoot photo and video content for campaigns and day‑to‑day storytelling

Translate one narrative across multiple touchpoints (TikTok vs. IG vs. stories vs. web banners vs. email, etc.)

Capture still photography for social storytelling, campaign support, BTS, and product detail imagery

Edit and produce short‑form video and stills into polished, on‑brand content

Create refined visual assets for social and email (stories, feed posts, reel covers, email graphics, website banners)

Work closely with the Social & PR Manager to supply content for rollout across channels

Attend shoot days to capture BTS, product details, movement‑focused footage, and supplemental campaign content

Maintain organized content libraries for consistent brand output and quick asset retrieval

Adapt content tone, pacing, and format based on platform requirements

Requirements

2–4+ years of hands‑on content creation experience for a fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brand

Strong aesthetic sensibility and understanding of elevated fashion and brand identity

Ability to turn brand direction and mood boards into cohesive content and campaign assets

Proficient in shooting and editing photos & short‑form video (TikTok, Reels, BTS, campaign snippets)

Ability to create clean, minimal, brand‑aligned visual assets (Canva, Figma, or Adobe)

Hands‑on, resourceful, and comfortable working in a fast‑moving, small team environment

Ability to own projects independently while working collaboratively

Preferably based in Los Angeles (open to remote or hybrid)
