Position Summary LS ELECTRIC is seeking a strategic and technically proficient Product Marketing Manager to lead marketing efforts for our portfolio of low and medium voltage circuit breakers (MCB, MCCB, ACB, VCB) and switchgear solutions. This role will drive product visibility, customer engagement, and revenue growth through targeted campaigns, distributor support, and cross‑functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute GTM plans for new and existing breaker and switchgear products, including launch timelines, channel strategies, and promotional activities.

Create compelling product value propositions tailored to industrial, commercial, and utility segments. Ensure consistent messaging across all customer touchpoints.

Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings in the LV/MV protection and distribution space. Translate insights into actionable strategies.

Develop technical sales collateral, training modules, and product comparison tools to support sales teams and channel partners.

Plan and execute co‑branded marketing initiatives with distributors, including product promotions, training events, and joint campaigns.

Lead LS ELECTRIC’s presence at key trade shows and conferences. Manage booth design, product displays, presentations, and post‑event follow‑up.

Support strategic projects and directives from senior leadership, including executive presentations, special product initiatives, and cross‑regional marketing efforts.

Collaborate with sales, product management and technical teams to gather customer feedback, identify pain points, and refine product positioning.

Lead integrated marketing campaigns targeting OEMs, EPCs, distributors, and end‑users. Leverage digital, event, and partner channels.

Work closely with Sales, Application Engineering, Product Engineering, and Global Marketing to align product roadmaps with market needs.

Qualifications

Marketing and business strategy skills, including experience in product positioning, market segmentation, and trend analysis.

Comprehensive knowledge of electrical products, systems, and components such as UL, and NEMA standards.

Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross‑functional teams and engage with stakeholders effectively.

Proficiency in creating and managing product marketing materials and executing product launches.

Ability to analyze market data, identify opportunities, and develop actionable marketing insights.

Project management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is a plus.

Experience in the electrical or energy sector is required.
