NOW HIRING: Reformed Pilates is seeking passionate, leadership-driven Assistant Studio Leads and Studio Leads to join our growing West Valley, AZ team and help support daily studio operations, client experience, and instructor oversight. APPLY NOW!

Role Overview As an Asst./Studio Lead, you’ll take charge overseeing one studio location, managing daily operations, driving sales through off-site grassroots marketing efforts, and ensuring instructor oversight. You’ll play a key role in fostering a positive environment for both clients and instructors, while ensuring that the studios align with Reformed Pilates' high standards.

What You’ll Do

Assist in instructor scheduling and maintain updated availability to ensure smooth class coverage.

Provide guidance and feedback to new instructors as they integrate into their roles, fostering a supportive and collaborative teaching environment.

Lead by example, teaching 12-15 hours per week and assist with additional support on new studio openings as needed.

Take charge of client engagement, ensuring high levels of member retention by addressing feedback and assisting with questions or concerns.

Manage the daily operations of two studio locations, including conducting audits, managing vendor relationships, and upholding all brand standards.

Drive grassroots marketing initiatives, including small events, group private sessions, and strategic partnerships, to generate sales leads and strengthen community engagement.

Manage and track performance using clear, specific KPIs, including client retention, new membership sales, grassroots marketing efforts, instructor hours, and overall studio success.

Support new instructor recruiting by identifying potential candidates through client relationships, grassroots events, and community connections, helping grow the studio team organically.

The Skills & Experience You’ll Need

Experience: Previous experience in a leadership role within the fitness industry preferred.

Education: Reformed Pilates PTT certification required or able to obtain, with a strong understanding of the Reformed Pilates method.

Skills: Leadership, organization, and multitasking skills. Ability to manage studio operations, client interactions, and instructor development.

Availability: Flexibility for early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays to meet studio needs.

Other Requirements: CPR and Trainer Liability coverage required or willingness to obtain.
