Spring 2026 Associate – Graphic Design and Social Media

Game Seven Agency
for a paid associate program that blends classroom learning with real‑world practice. Participants gain hands‑on experience in graphics and social media while working in a hybrid format.
Program Overview The program is hybrid, requiring approximately three days of in‑office work each week. Associates work 24‑29.9 hours per week throughout the session and have the opportunity to learn about other departments through lunch & learns.
Associate Expectations
Work 24‑29.9 hours per week during the session.
Collaborate with a specific division while gaining exposure to other areas.
Important Dates Program runs Tuesday, January 20th 2026 through Friday, May 15th 2026.
Office Hours
9:00 am‑6:00 pm ET, Monday‑Friday (or as agreed upon with advisor). Days in office must be coordinated with’s schedules.
Eligibility
Available to work ≥30 hours per week.
Available to report to the New York office approximately 3 days per week.
Require senior standing in college (completed junior year) OR be enrolled in graduate school OR hold a bachelor’s or postgraduate degree.
Interview Process
Applications close November 21st 2025.
Offers are extended early December.
Program begins January 20th 2026.
Job Responsibilities
Assist the Social Media team with designing content for client coverage across Excel social divisions.
Ideate and execute daily content across various social channels.
Use Adobe Photoshop; provide a creative portfolio.
Maintain internal organization systems such as client rosters, content calendars, and milestone trackers.
Learn and apply the C.A.R.E. framework (consistency, authenticity, relevance, engagement).
Learn the design process for approved stories and posts.
Identify social media design trends and opportunities.
Develop social media‑specific graphics.
Access the Excel team for industry advice and learnings.
May be assigned projects outside the Social Media/Communications group to gain exposure to other divisions within Excel.
Compensation Pay: $17.00 per hour. The foregoing compensation information is a good‑faith assessment associated with this position only and is provided pursuant to the California and New York City Salary Transparency Law.
