Base Pay Range $62.00/hr - $66.00/hr

NOTE:

This role requires you to be onsite 3 days a week in Playa Vista, CA.

Responsibilities

Partner closely with writers, art directors, designers, content creators, editors, photographers and directors to produce social‑first creative that brings the brand’s style voice to life across fashion, beauty and home.

Manage budget, schedules, and identify and set up the necessary maker teams to create aspirational visual worlds that engage audiences and elevate the brand’s style presence across all social platforms.

Develop seasonal calendars with stakeholders, considering budget, product samples, legal and business affairs compliance, and pivoting according to trend.

Collaborate with other productions when capturing social content, coordinating production requirements and ensuring compliance with broadcast film, high‑end editorial photography, and influencer protocols.

Source talent, scope costs, and ensure optimal use of production spend in partnership with Business Affairs.

Leverage a strong LA & New York crew network and manage multiple deliverables across static and video formats.

Stay current on cultural, design, and social trends to inspire fresh creative thinking and execution.

Maintain consistent brand voice across funnel and campaigns, and benchmark costs and metrics year‑over‑year.

Champion efficient workflows, manage multiple workstreams, and partner with Creative Account and Project Management for optimized timelines and spend.

Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

3‑5 years of experience as a producer for a trend, style platform, publication, or brand social team.

Strong portfolio demonstrating social‑first storytelling in both static and video.

Deep understanding of social platforms, trends, creator and influencer content.

Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere), CapCut, Airtable, Figma, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), Google Slides & PowerPoint, Slack, Teams.

Familiarity with SAG, DGA, IATSE and AICP/AICE bidding guidelines.

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, Communications, Creative Writing, or related field.
