Job Summary The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for managing all aspects of the company’s digital presence, including paid advertising, website content and SEO, online listings, and CRM data quality. This role drives lead generation, online engagement, and eCommerce results by executing digital campaigns and optimizing user experiences across all platforms.

Essential Functions

Plan, launch, and optimize paid media including search, display, social, retargeting, and geofencing

Oversee day‑to‑day website maintenance and drive ongoing site performance improvement

Lead all on‑site and technical SEO efforts, including keyword research, content enhancements, and reporting

Maintain online inventory across all branded websites and third‑party listing sites

Administer product data, on‑site tools, personalization features, and CMS

Coordinate and update all third‑party and local business listings, including Google/Apple/Bing and industry directories

Monitor and build company reputation and manage online reviews

Analyze and report on campaign performance, digital traffic, conversion, and ROAS

Oversee lead tracking, workflow automation, and data quality in the CRM

Collaborate with content, creative, and sales to maximize digital impact across platforms

Qualifications Must‑Have:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field

3–5 years hands‑on, results‑driven experience in B2B digital marketing, paid acquisition, and web operations; industrial, manufacturing, or construction industry experience a plus

Proven expertise planning, launching, and optimizing Google Ads, paid social, display, and retargeting campaigns

Demonstrated experience leading on‑site and technical SEO, including keyword research, content enhancement, A/B testing, and analytics

Experience managing eCommerce platforms, product catalogs, and implementing website personalization tools

Comfortable with advanced marketing technology stacks (analytics suites, tag management, AI/ML tools)

Experience managing and troubleshooting marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot)

Analytical approach with mastery in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and reporting dashboards

Track record of owning third‑party and local business listings, as well as online review reputation programs

Excellent written and verbal communication, cross‑team collaboration, and stakeholder management skills

Strong project management abilities; able to juggle multiple campaigns and site projects simultaneously

Nice‑to‑Have:

Experience working with multiple brands simultaneously

Experience with CRM and lead management, workflow design, and data hygiene best practices

Familiarity with AI search and on‑site personalization tools

Advanced skills in conversion rate optimization (CRO), A/B testing, and landing page optimization

Ability to create, analyze, and optimize complex customer journey maps and audience segmentation

Knowledge of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript for hands‑on web updates and troubleshooting

Digital PR tactics: experience driving backlinking, influencer programs, and content syndication

Proven record growing and nurturing online communities or groups (forums, LinkedIn Groups, etc.)

Physical Demands And Working Conditions Must be able to sit and work at workstation and computer for several hours at a time. Must stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, climb stairs, and lift up to 20 pounds occasionally. Requires use of telephone and other communications equipment. Must be able to drive vehicle frequently.

Work indoors and outdoors; exposure to temperatures commensurate with outdoor seasonal temperatures.

Location & Salary Irving, TX. Salary range: $85,000 – $110,000.
