Location This role is based remotely in the United States East or Central time zones and supports AMER and APAC regions, predominantly the United States.

The Opportunity The Marketing Specialist will manage and execute events and campaigns across AMER and APAC regions, mainly within the United States. You will work closely with channel and specialist sales managers to develop effective marketing campaigns, lead‑generation strategies, and pipeline acceleration programs. Native English language skills and excellent communication are critical to support the region.
Responsibilities
Manage and execute regional events (virtual and in‑person) and activities/campaigns aligned with brand and business objectives.
Collaborate with channel and specialist sales managers to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns.
Coordinate with teams, partners, and cloud vendors to achieve immediate and long‑term business goals.
Liaise with the Business Development team to drive lead generation programs and increase net‑new business.
Build strong relationships with partners, secure funding, and track pipeline activation.
Support strategic marketing plans with defined goals and outcomes in collaboration with regional marketing lead and partners.
Manage regional budget, including partner funds.
Advocate for partner and specialist areas and communicate regional priorities across the marketing team.
Monitor, analyze, and report on performance of marketing campaigns and events, recommending improvements.
Maintain deep understanding of industry trends and recommend strategies to differentiate from competitors.
Collaborate with the wider marketing team to ensure collateral, sales enablement, and social strategies support regional sales goals.
Share success stories internally and externally, including customer testimonials and case studies.
Work with the global marketing team, finance, engineering, sales, BDRs, and account management teams.
Leverage and localize global marketing programs to meet regional needs.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, English, journalism, creative writing, or related field.
3+ years of marketing experience in a tech company or startup environment.
Strong understanding of marketing industry landscape, marketing automation, digital marketing, and tools such as Salesforce (Pardot).
Experience and familiarity with the Cvent platform.
Interest in public Cloud ecosystem news, trends, and developments.
Impeccable written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail and ability to translate complex information into clear copy.
Ability to work autonomously and independently in cross‑functional teams across multiple time zones.
Comfort with ambiguity and shifting priorities.
Fun and enjoyable team collaboration.
Availability to travel 20%-30% of the year.
