Job Summary: ABC’s Marketing team is seeking a coordinator to join the social division. The position will work across select series, working closely with the Marketing, Publicity and Creative departments, in addition to partners across The Walt Disney Company. The ideal candidate for this role thrives in a collaborative work environment, is a great project manager and is passionate about the social media landscape.

Responsibilities:

Assist the social media managers in all aspects of any given campaign.

Work with the social teams overall to refine and develop processes.

Manage social campaign budgets and billing as needed.

Assist vendors with set up in internal Disney infrastructure and systems.

Lead on relevant asset management systems and documentation.

Work with legal on contracts and paperwork.

Bring relevant social trends, announcements and digital innovation to the team regularly.

Lead on specs and platform documentation and keeping the team up to date on enhancements.

Aid in social media content capture as needed.

Assist in ongoing reporting, tracking benchmarks and maintaining a database of reporting.

Support as needed across creative campaigns, including creative execution & copywriting.

Scheduling and uploading social posts and assets to content and asset management systems.

Q&A and ensure posting schedules are adhered to across titles.

Aid in community management tactics as relevant.

Basic Qualifications:

2+ years of professional experience in social media, digital marketing at a network or studio.

Proven track record of developing and executing successful large-scale campaigns/initiatives using data and metrics to measure impact and determine necessary pivots.

Passion for social media and knowledge of the key platforms.

Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative working style.

Proficiency in social media publishing and engagement best practices.

Ability to utilize social insight tolls to pull and analyze trends and data.

Strong project management and organizational skills.

The hiring range for this position in Burbank, CA is $52,700 to $72,300 per year based on a 40-hour work week. The amount of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business needs. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
