Responsibilities
Accelerate SMB Revenue Growth
Build compelling narratives and sales enablement materials that make complex products accessible and irresistible to businesses.
Align with Sales, Growth and Product to define opportunity size, prioritize support for owned products, build a seamless client experience, and understand key success drivers.
Develop innovative go‑to‑market strategies that directly increase adoption of TikTok’s marketing solutions for Small and Mid‑Market businesses in high‑potential verticals such as Education, Financial Services, Entertainment, and Independent Media Buying Agencies.
Own revenue goals for non‑commerce SMB segments, tracking your direct contribution to TikTok’s business growth.
Advocate for customer focus based on data and research, influencing internal teams to prioritize SMB needs and solution‑based narratives.
Create Multi‑Channel Campaigns That Convert
Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns across webinars, events, social, email, and more – bringing your strategic vision to life.
Develop a comprehensive campaign calendar that delivers measurable results on time and on budget.
Analyze performance metrics to continuously optimize campaigns, driving ever‑improving results for lead generation and revenue.
Build Game‑Changing Content
Lead content strategy development that positions TikTok and its business solutions as the essential partner for business growth.
Oversee high‑quality content creation across formats, managing internal/external vendors (writers, designers, creators, agencies) to develop assets.
Identify successful regional strategies that can be scaled globally, amplifying your impact across markets.
Qualifications Minimum Qualifications
Minimum 4 years of experience in a product marketing or content strategy role.
Experience designing and executing content strategies and analyzing content strategy performance.
Expert communicator with the ability to articulate abstract concepts.
Ability to identify opportunities, develop project scope and independently lead ideation and execution.
Experience leading and collaborating across broader teams (Product, Sales, Marketing) to define product value propositions and GTM plans.
Confidence in crafting integrated marketing plans encompassing various channels.
Preferred Qualifications
A deep understanding of the Small, Medium & Mid‑market Non‑commerce industries and products, specifically going deep in 2 or more of the following:
Education, Insurance, Real Estate, Auto, Jobs, NPO (Lead Ads)
Finserv, Entertainment, Dating, and Apps (App ads)
Food & Beverage, Dining, Travel, Tech, Sports
Independent Media Buying Agencies [that have clients across various industries]
Experience within a product and sales‑led growth technology company.

Job Information Compensation (Annually):
$96,000 - $211,112. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that may be accompanied by discretionary bonuses, incentives, and restricted stock units. Benefits include medical, dental, vision insurance, 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short‑term and long‑term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, 10 paid holidays, 10 paid sick days, and 17 days of Paid Personal Time.
Employees are eligible for day‑one access to benefits and other company‑wide programs. The Company reserves the right to modify or change these benefits programs at any time, with or without notice.
For Los Angeles County (unincorporated) candidates: Qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records will be considered in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
