We are looking for an
SEO & Content Marketing Specialist
who will own the company’s search strategy end-to-end. You’ll be responsible for driving organic growth by improving rankings, building authority, and ensuring our content resonates with ESL learners, schools, and corporate partners. This role requires both technical SEO expertise and creative content insight.
Tasks Responsibilities
Develop and execute the
SEO roadmap
(on-page, off-page, and technical SEO).
Perform
keyword research
tailored to ESL/EdTech markets in Latin America and globally.
Optimize site structure, meta data, alt text, and internal linking for maximum visibility.
Manage
content briefs
for blog posts, landing pages, and learning resources with SEO in mind.
Collaborate with writers/designers to create
high-quality, save-worthy content
aligned with search intent.
Lead
link-building outreach
(guest posts, digital PR, backlinks) without compromising brand integrity.
Monitor and improve
Core Web Vitals , crawlability, and indexation.
Track, report, and analyze performance using
Google Search Console, Analytics, and SEO tools
(Ahrefs/SEMRush).
Stay up to date with SEO trends, Google algorithm updates, and EdTech market opportunities.
Requirements
3+ years of proven SEO experience (agency or in-house).
Strong knowledge of
technical SEO
(site audits, schema, sitemaps, Core Web Vitals).
Skilled in
keyword research tools
(Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, etc.).
Experience with
WordPress or Next.js/React SEO basics
(bonus if familiar with modern SaaS stacks).
Strong understanding of
content marketing and user intent .
Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
Excellent communication skills; English required,
Spanish proficiency a plus .
Nice to Haves
Experience with
multilingual SEO
(especially English ↔ Spanish markets).
Familiarity with
international SEO
(hreflang tags, geotargeting, country-specific search engines).
Understanding of
EdTech / SaaS marketing funnels
(from awareness → trial → subscription).
Hands-on experience with
content management systems
(WordPress, Webflow, or Headless CMS).
Familiarity with
Next.js SEO optimizations
(server-side rendering, sitemap integration, dynamic routes).
Knowledge of
analytics beyond Google
(Mixpanel, Amplitude, Hotjar, etc.).
Basic skills in
graphic design or video editing
(Canva, Adobe Suite) to create quick social/SEO visuals.
Background in
email marketing & automation
(HubSpot, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign).
Experience in
digital PR & outreach
(building backlinks through partnerships, guest blogs).
Knowledge of
AI tools
(e.g., SurferSEO, Jasper, Clearscope, or custom GPT prompts) to speed up keyword/content workflows.
