Responsibilities
Lead the design and documentation of custom residential projects from concept through construction.
Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and contractors to deliver exceptional design solutions.
Translate client visions into thoughtful, buildable architecture.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables with precision and care.
Contribute to a studio culture that values creativity, collaboration, and continuous learning.
Essential Skills
Professional degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
5+ years of experience in custom residential architecture.
Strong design sensibility and attention to detail.
Excellent verbal, written, and graphic communication skills.
Proficiency in ArchiCAD.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Familiarity with other design tools is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Job Type & Location Permanent position based out of Charlotte, NC.
Pay And Benefits
Pay range: $80,000 – $100,000 per year.
15 days of paid time off (no accrual).
8 paid holidays + 1 floating holiday.
