and help drive the next generation of data‑centric products for our B2B and B2B2C customers.

Job Description The Services New Product Development team within Mastercard Foundry delivers user‑centered solutions for complex business challenges. In this role you will design and iteratively validate prototyped data products, ranging from web and mobile applications to voice interfaces, using rapid design‑test‑redesign processes. Your work will influence both the product strategy and the technical implementation of data and data‑driven services.

Design Proof‑of‑Concepts and Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) using human‑centric design principles and rapid prototyping (Lean UX, Design Thinking).

Help shape the future of Mastercard’s data and data‑driven products by conducting user research and validating desirability, usability and feasibility.

Translate complex data into meaningful and digestible visual experiences.

Facilitate design‑thinking workshops with cross‑functional partners and end‑users.

Drive experimentation that improves overall product design quality.

Collaborate closely with brand & marketing to create delightful transactional experiences.

Leverage modern presentation layer practices (adaptive/responsive web) and forward‑thinking technologies.

Explore the “art‑of‑the‑possible” while balancing business objectives and user engagement.

Work with regional teams to ensure designs reflect global user diversity.

Qualifications

Experience developing User Personas and journeys that inform product design decisions.

Rapid prototyping skills (Lean UX, Design Thinking) and implementation of visual mockups and prototypes.

Proficiency with prototyping/wireframing tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Experience Design, Adobe Illustrator.

Understanding of complex information architecture for digital applications.

At least 2 years of experience working in a high‑impact customer experience team.

Empathetic champion of the user with demonstrated usability best practices.

Bachelor or Master’s degree in Interactive Media Design or equivalent experience.

World‑beating portfolio covering multiple form‑factors: desktop, tablet, mobile, wearable and more.

Insatiable curiosity to discover and evaluate new concepts and technologies to maximize design possibilities.

Nice to Have

Visual Design experience.

UX Research background.

Data Visualization skills.
