Your job : Own organic growth Build the systems, content, and strategies that amplify Cody’s message, attract qualified leads, and drive measurable revenue while staying rooted in authenticity and purpose.
What Makes This Role Different This is a revenue‑accountable, mission‑driven position. You will own the organic engine that complements $50K+ / month in paid advertising, transforming attention into customers and community.
You’ll start hands‑on building strategy, directing content, and leading execution. As you prove ROI, you’ll earn the resources to grow your own media team (videographer, editor, etc.).
Success looks like:
Months 13: Build foundational systems (comment automation, DM flows, nurture sequences), set baselines, and establish content rhythm.
Months 4-6: Drive $2030K / month in organic‑attributed revenue and measurable engagement growth.
Months 7-12: Scale to $4060K+ / month in organic revenue, hire support, and lead a scalable content operation.
What You’ll Do
Build Organic Revenue Systems
Architect full‑funnel strategies that guide leads from awareness to customer advocacy.
Develop lifecycle marketing through Ellipsend or similar platforms leveraging segmentation, automations, and personalized nurture flows.
Align organic initiatives with paid, sales, and community touchpoints to maximize ROI.
Track KPIs for leads, conversion rates, and monthly organic revenue contribution.
Lead the Founders Brand Expansion
Own the content strategy, growth, and execution for Cody Bjugan’s personal brand across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and podcasts.
Attend in‑person filming and strategy sessions (2‑3x / week in Scottsdale, AZ).
Capture, direct, and produce high‑quality short and long‑form content.
Repurpose long‑form assets into viral short‑form clips and value‑driven content that expand Cody’s reach and authority.
Balance storytelling and conversion—every piece of content should serve both the mission and the metrics.
Create High‑Impact Content
Oversee filming, editing, and publishing of long‑form and short‑form video content using Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and AI creative tools.
Develop creative campaigns and series that drive engagement, nurture leads, and reinforce thought leadership.
Manage cross‑brand content strategy for Allied Development, VestRight, and Bjugan Media.
Oversee Social Media Strategy & Growth
Own cross‑platform growth strategy for Cody Bjugan, Allied Development, and VestRight across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging channels.
Develop a social content calendar integrating storytelling, education, and conversion campaigns that ladder up to monthly growth and revenue goals.
Analyze & optimize performance—monitor engagement, reach, follower growth, and conversion metrics; run experiments with hooks, timing, and formats to drive continuous improvement.
Identify and manage contractors as needed to support scalability and output.
Manage and Grow Podcast Presence
Support podcast production: planning, scheduling, guest coordination, publishing, and post‑production oversight.
Repurpose podcast segments into promotional clips, nurture content, and cross‑channel campaigns.
Track and optimize performance to grow reach, authority, and engagement.
Own Performance and Optimization
Run experiments on hooks, formats, and messaging to improve engagement and conversion.
Turn data into strategy—double down on what works, cut what doesn’t.
Build repeatable systems that increase efficiency and drive measurable results.

You have podcast or video production experience and can confidently direct shoots.
You bring 57+ years of proven growth, content, or marketing experience with measurable results.
You are based in or near Scottsdale, AZ and available for in‑person collaboration several times a week.
You value authenticity, faith, and impact and want your work to help people build legacy and generational wealth.
