What You Can Expect As the Marketing Integration Manager you will play a pivotal role in aligning ENGIE Resources' marketing efforts with strategic brand, performance, and operational goals. This Houston based role reports into the Director of Marketing Operations and covers the following responsibilities:

Develop & Maintain Marketing Performance Dashboard – own macro-marketing scorecard development and performance reporting, including campaign ROI, digital engagement metrics, and contribution to pipeline growth.

Oversee Budget Tracking – partner with Finance and Marketing Ops to manage budget allocations, monitor spend, and ensure fiscal discipline across marketing initiatives.

Manage Brand Planning Process – facilitate annual and quarterly brand planning across marketing teams, ensuring alignment with ENGIE's commercial priorities and sustainability goals, including documentation and calendarization of deliverables.

Coordinate Strategic Communications – align and streamline work across NA Comms to ensure ENGIE Resources key initiatives are represented online and in key trade, association and media plans, and identify synergies in communications platforms.

Support Delivery of Strategic Projects – manage cross‑functional marketing initiatives such as strategic partnerships, internal communications, executive‑level presentations, and strategic growth initiatives.

Strategic thinker and operational executor – manage special projects and track marketing performance vs planned spend across all channels.

What You'll Bring

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

Minimum of seven (7) years in B2B marketing, brand management, or marketing operations.

Proven experience in marketing project management, budget management, and leveraging performance analytics.

Strong project management skills and ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives.

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Proficiency in marketing analytics tools, CRM systems, and budget tracking platforms.

Ability to handle multiple assignments on time with a high degree of accuracy.

Additional Details

Available to travel up to 10% of the time, including some overnight trips.

Must comply with ENGIE ethics and safety policies.

Eligible for a hybrid schedule – 3 days in office, 2 remote.

Compensation Salary Range:

$113,900.00 – $174,570.00 USD annually. This range reflects the average expected pay. Actual salary varies by geography, experience, education, internal pay alignment, or other bona fide factors.

Eligible for a competitive bonus / incentive plan.
