Job Description We are seeking an experienced, innovative, and strategic Marketing Strategist to join our New York team. You will lead best-in-class marketing initiatives for high-profile Hip Hop + R&B artist and label partners, owning end-to-end strategy development and execution across campaigns, data initiatives, and audience engagement efforts.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for Hip Hop + R&B artists and label partners.
Lead cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑impact campaigns.
Oversee data‑driven initiatives and audience engagement efforts.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align marketing plans with business objectives.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in music marketing, brand strategy, or entertainment/media.
Strong track record managing high‑impact campaigns and working in cross‑functional teams.
Deep passion for and connection to Hip Hop + R&B culture.
Excellent knowledge of the Hip Hop + R&B ecosystem across digital platforms, streaming, social, live events, first‑party data and fan engagement channels.
