About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and creative Marketing Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working across teams, and is passionate about building brand awareness, generating leads, and engaging audiences.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Execution
- Assist in planning and implementing multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social, events, digital).
- Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and creative assets to ensure on-time launches.
- Track campaign performance and prepare reports with insights and recommendations.
Content & Social Media
- Support content creation for blogs, newsletters, social media, and website updates.
- Manage social media calendars, post scheduling, and community engagement.
- Work with designers and agencies to produce branded collateral.
Event & Partnership Support
- Help organize webinars, trade shows, and promotional events.
- Coordinate logistics, invitations, and post-event follow-ups.
- Support marketing partnerships and sponsorship initiatives.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track marketing KPIs (leads, traffic, conversions, engagement).
- Maintain dashboards and assist in analyzing ROI of campaigns.
- Provide data-driven insights to improve strategies.
Qualifications
Experience: 1–3 years in marketing, communications, or related field (internships or entry-level roles included).
Skills:
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Familiarity with marketing tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, or similar.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace.
