The Role
We’re looking to add a marketing teammate—a scrappy, creative marketing generalist who can wear multiple hats and move fast in true startup fashion. You’ll participate in the full customer journey from awareness to conversion, focusing on getting more people to discover our offering, engage deeply with it, and convert to our full premium experience. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in ambiguity, loves solving complex problems, and is passionate about making a meaningful impact in healthcare for seniors.
What You’ll Do
Lifecycle Marketing & Conversion Optimization
Design and execute sophisticated email marketing campaigns that nurture users toward paid conversion
Build engagement funnels that get signed-up users to experience AI
Create conversion paths from AI interactions to premium clinic appointments and subscriptions
Develop community building strategies and engagement methods
Analytics
Track and analyze the full funnel from awareness to conversion to retention
A/B test messaging, creative, and campaigns across all channels
Report on key metrics including CAC, conversion rates, and engagement
Make data-driven recommendations for channel optimization and budget allocation
Creative Strategy & Content
Develop messaging that resonates with seniors and their caregivers
Create educational content that builds trust and demonstrates our science-backed approach
Collaborate on video testimonials, case studies, and success stories
Paid & Organic Growth
Collaborate with our partners to manage and optimize ad campaigns
Find opportunities to scale paid media while continuing to improve efficiencies
Contribute to organic social media strategy, manage content calendar, post regularly, and engage with our community on Facebook and Instagram.
What You Bring
Required Experience
5-10 years of D2C marketing experience , with proven track record of driving customer acquisition and conversion
Healthcare/wellness marketing experience strongly preferred
Lifecycle marketing expertise with hands‑on experience in email marketing, user onboarding, and conversion optimization
Paid advertising proficiency in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other performance marketing channels
Analytics skills with experience in tools like Google Analytics, Statsig, or similar platforms

Passionate about helping seniors and making healthcare more accessible
Scrappy and resourceful – comfortable rolling up sleeves and doing whatever needs to be done
Creative problem solver with strong visual and written communication skills
Data-driven but comfortable making decisions with imperfect information
Startup mentality – thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments where velocity is key
Ethical approach to healthcare marketing with sensitivity to our vulnerable population
Nice to Have
Experience marketing to seniors or their caregivers
Background in cognitive health, mental health, or chronic disease management
Creative skills (basic design, video editing, etc.)
Experience with marketing automation platforms
Understanding of healthcare compliance (HIPAA, FDA guidelines)
