Were seeking a proactive and organized Part-Time Marketing Officer to support our local marketing initiatives and community engagement efforts.

Position Overview

The Part-Time Marketing Officer will lead local marketing efforts, ensure brand representation in-store and online, and collaborate closely with internal teams and community partners. This individual will play a key role in building relationships, supporting campaigns, and driving business growth through catering and local events.

Key Responsibilities

Store & Brand Presence

  • Put out all POP (point-of-purchase materials) and ensure it remains clean, current, and well-maintained.
  • Maintain community boards and dining room dcor in alignment with brand standards.
  • Organize and maintain the marketing closet and storage unit.
  • Engage in school and community partnerships.
  • Lead all local events, including planning, setup, and post-event follow-up.
  • Submit donation requests and manage the process in accordance with guidelines.
  • Engage in "Surprise and Delight" and product sampling activities.

Marketing Campaigns & Promotions
  • Utilize Spotlight and national marketing campaign materials appropriately.
  • Maintain the restaurant calendars and online marketing calendar.
  • Place national campaign orders as needed.
  • Grow the catering business through local outreach and marketing efforts.

Digital Marketing
  • Manage and update Facebook and other social media channels with relevant content.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure digital campaigns align with in-store promotions.
  • Track engagement metrics and suggest areas for improvement.
