In this role, you will provide a beneficial online customer experience while connecting customers with our people, stores, and Nordstrom’s deep fashion expertise.

A day in the life

• Set up video set daily including camera, audio, lighting and fixtures in line with the program guidelines for framing
• Ensure proper lighting and focus for videos and b‑roll
• Partner with on‑set Associate Producer to provide feedback and guidance to talent on content
• Coach talent on set to create engaging and valued content
• On occasion you may be asked to support training for new crew members
• Manage audio and audit content while filming
• Backup all footage after each shift and upload footage for post‑production
• Assist in prep and shipping of product as needed
• Maintain audio and video supplies and equipment, and communicate needed repairs or replacements to regional Producer in a timely manner

You own this if you have

• Bachelors or Associates degree with a focus in Audio and Video Production preferred
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, SharePoint, MS Office Suite
• 5 years Audio and Video Production experience
• 3 years of experience working in the fashion industry
• Ability to lift 60 pounds (video equipment, props)
• Ability to think on your feet and make quick decisions
• Clear and effective verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills
• This is a flexible schedule and on‑call, as needed position. Hours and scheduling will depend on volume of work

Pay Range

$33.00 – $53.00 hourly

This position may be eligible for performance‑based incentives/bonuses. Eligibility requirements may apply based on location, job level, classification, and length of employment.
